At Pixelflake Oy (Desksetup Sensei), we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order from desksetupsensei.com, we are here to help.

1. RETURN PERIOD

In accordance with EU consumer protection laws, customers have a 14-day right to withdraw from the purchase. You must notify us of your intent to return the product within 14 days of receiving your order. After notification, you have an additional 14 days to ship the product back to us.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be unopened and in the same condition that you received it.
• The item must be in its original packaging with all factory seals and labels intact.
• You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that show signs of use, assembly, or damage (not caused by shipping) will not be accepted for a full refund.

4. DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us immediately at desksetupsensei@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage/defect.

• We must be notified of shipping damage within 48 hours of delivery.
• For defective products, we offer an exchange for a functional unit of the same model.
• If an exchange is not possible, a full refund will be provided, including the original shipping costs.

5. EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not offer exchanges for different products; in such cases, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.

6. REFUNDS PROCESS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment (Stripe).
• Please note that it may take some time (usually 5–10 business days) for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

7. SALE AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS

For customers within the EU/EEA, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies to all products, including those on sale. For customers outside the EU (USA/Canada), items marked as “Final Sale” may be exempt from the standard return policy unless they arrive damaged or defective.
