At Pixelflake Oy (Desksetup Sensei), we strive to provide reliable and efficient shipping services to our customers worldwide. Our shipments are processed through Shipit.fi, utilizing industry-leading carriers such as UPS, Posti, DHL, GLS, and Postnord.

1. PROCESSING TIME (HANDLING)

All orders are subject to a processing time of 1–3 business days. This period covers order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

2. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS & ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

We ship to Finland, all EU countries, the United States, and Canada. Estimated delivery times after the processing period are as follows:

• Finland: 1–3 business days (typically via Posti).
• European Union (EU): 3–7 business days (typically via UPS Standard or GLS).
• USA & Canada: 5–12 business days (typically via UPS Expedited or Express Saver).

Please note that these are estimates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays or customs processing in the destination country.

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of the package, the shipping method, and the destination country, in accordance with the current price lists from our logistics partners. Free shipping may be separately agreed upon for larger bulk orders or special promotions.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number, provided that the chosen carrier and service support tracking. You can track your shipment through the carrier’s portal (e.g., UPS.com or Posti.fi).

6. UNDELIVERABLE PACKAGES

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or failure to pick up the package from a service point within the storage period (typically 7–14 days), the customer will be responsible for the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees incurred.

7. DAMAGED OR LOST SHIPMENTS

If your order arrives damaged, please document the damage (photos) and contact us immediately at desksetupsensei@gmail.com. Notifications regarding damaged shipments must be made within 48 hours of delivery. In the rare case that a shipment is lost in transit, we will open an investigation with the carrier; please allow for the carrier’s standard processing times for lost claims.
