By accessing this website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use this website.
To place an order through our website, you must be at least 18 years of age (the legal age of majority in Finland). By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you may only use our services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, and data compilations, is the property of Pixelflake Oy and is protected by international copyright and trademark laws.
All prices are listed in the currency displayed at checkout. Pixelflake Oy reserves the right to cancel any orders placed for a product listed at an incorrect price due to typographical or technical errors (e.g., a product worth 500€ accidentally listed for 5€).
If your order is canceled due to a pricing error, we will notify you immediately and issue a full refund via your original payment method.
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. By providing your payment information, you authorize us to charge the total order amount to your chosen payment method. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product availability or suspicion of fraud.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pixelflake Oy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products. Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.
These terms and any disputes arising out of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the Laws of Finland. Both parties agree that the District Court of Helsinki (Helsingin käräjäoikeus) shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
